New customers: The physical credit card and cardholder must be present at pickup. We do not accept remote, phone, or emailed credit card authorizations for first-time customers. Cash or an in-person card is required.
Returning customers: For existing repeat customers in good standing, we do accept remote credit card authorization. Additional verification may be required at our discretion.
These measures protect our customers and drivers and help prevent unauthorized card use.
