Airport Curbside Pickup Policy:
1st phone call: Please call when your plane lands before you exit the plane. 2nd phone call: Please call when you are outside the main exit doors by the curbside. Find the nearest zone sign right at the curb call us. Your driver will pull up to you, after your
2nd phone call. No vehicle is allowed to wait at the curbside. Curbside is for loading and unloading of passengers only. If you select the Curbside Pickup option, please be advised, due to the small size and high traffic of the San Diego airport we ask passengers being picked up from the San Diego airport by GreenRide.net to make
2 phone calls:
1. make the 1st phone call (800-893-7210 or 619-200-2060)as soon as the passengers are permitted to use cell phones while still on the plane to inform us of their arrival. At that time GreenRide.net will assign a driver to proceed to the Cell Phone Lot adjacent to the airport and wait for the passengers to collect their bags.
2. make the 2nd phone call (800-893-7210 or 619-200-2060) Once the passengers have collected bags and are ready at the curbside, a second phone call is required to call the driver to the curbside. GreenRide.net appreciates the understanding and is sorry for the inconvenience that two phone calls might arise. The purpose is to help reduce the high traffic at the San Diego Airport.

For travel between locations other than to/from airports, GreenRide.net (or any other affiliate website or dba) Sedan utilizes its "Hourly" rate which is based on GreenRide.net (or any other affiliate website or dba)'s prevailing hourly rate with a two (2)-hour minimum charge. (A four (4)-hour minimum applies to all mini-coach and motor coach service). Restrictions may apply, for further information on the GreenRide.net (or any other affiliate website or dba)'s "Hourly" rate, or travel time estimates pertaining to your specific travel destination, please contact us directly.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations are accepted by email only. Email cancellations will be valid once GreenRide.net (or any other affiliate website or dba) Sedan has acknowledged such email. We require a minimum of four (4)-hour notice prior to the scheduled pickup time in order to avoid late cancellation charges, (some restrictions may apply). For the rest of the continental US, cancellation notice times vary from a minimum of four (4) hours to a maximum of twenty-four (24)-hours depending on location. Please contact us for your particular destination's cancellation notice policy. For Europe, Central & South America, we require twenty-four (24)-hour advanced notification. For the Far East and Australia, forty-eight (48)-hours will be required. Late cancellations are charged at the respective minimum hourly rate for each market and specified vehicle type. If the reservation(s) is cancelled within the required time parameters, it is the Client's responsibility to obtain a cancellation number, given at the time the order is cancelled, in order to avoid late charges.
No Show Charges:
If Client is unable to locate Client's Driver for any reason, Client should immediately contact the Company at either 800-893-7210 or 619-200-2060, During our business hours. Our Dispatch Offices will be able to locate the Driver immediately and facilitate a meeting point. "No Show" charges will apply in the event the Client fails to call our office before leaving the scheduled pickup location. This charge also applies if Client fails to cancel the reservation and the Driver is dispatched. On all airport pickup reservations a Client will be considered a "no-show" after, sixty (60) minutes for domestic flights and seventy-five (75) minutes for international arrivals past your actual landing time. If you have not met you Driver or contacted us by phone, Client will be charge in full for the reservation. No Shows charges are billed at the respective minimums for each market and specified vehicle type.
Wait Time and Extra Stops Charges:
All non hourly reservations are considered "point to point" transfers. For all point-to-point reservations, wait time will be charged at one dollars ($1) per one(1)-minute increments once the grace period has elapsed. Grace period is defined as 5 minutes beyond the scheduled pickup time. GreenRide.net (or any other affiliate website or dba) does not monitor train schedules, therefore, wait time will be charged as incurred for any passenger arriving by train that is delayed by more than 5 minutes. Clients requesting stops on route during a point-to-point reservation will be charged thirty dollars ($30) and up to two hundred fifty dollars ($250) accordingly, if such requested stop(s) off route for point-to-point reservations, charges shall revert to GreenRide.net (or any other affiliate website or dba)'s prevailing hourly rate.
Surcharges:
All out of pocket charges, including, but not limited to: road tolls, parking, airport fees, etc, will be billed to the client.
Service Rates:
Rates, terms, & conditions are subject to change without prior notification. Special rates, extended minimums and alternate cancellation policies may apply on special event days. Tolls and parking charges are additional. All rates are calculated in the local currency and billed in U.S. dollars at the prevailing exchange rate. All rates exclude 20% Driver's gratuity and fuel surcharge accordingly to gasoline/diesel price.
Use of the Web Site and the Services:
Reservations made online are not guaranteed until you have received a confirmation from GreenRide.net (or any other affiliate website or dba), You may only use the Web Site and the Services in accordance with the Terms and Conditions, any posted policies and procedures that appear on the Web Site, and for lawful purposes. You agree not to use the Web Site to: (a) transmit any material that infringes or misappropriates any third party's copyright, trademark, trade secret, patent, or other proprietary rights, (b) transmit any material that is false, inaccurate, fraudulent, or misleading, (c) distribute computer viruses, worms, or software intended to damage or alter a computer system without the owner's consent, (d) use "auto-responders," "cancel-bots," or other similar mechanisms that generate excessive network traffic, (e) transmit any unlawful, harmful, defamatory, pornographic, obscene, vulgar, threatening, harassing or otherwise objectionable material, (f) send or relay any unsolicited advertising or chain letters, or (g) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Web Site or any part thereof, or other accounts, computer systems or networks connected to the Web Site, through login password mining or any other means. GreenRide.net (or any other affiliate website or dba) reserves the right to terminate your access to the Web Site or Services at any time without notice if it determines, in its sole discretion that you have abused or violated any of these terms and conditions.
Baggage and Other Property Transported:
GreenRide.net (or any other affiliate website or dba) does not assume any responsibility whatsoever for the handling or maintenance of any baggage, parcels or other property. Baggage and all other personal property will be handled only at Client's own risk. Client's baggage shall be carried subject to the available accommodations.
Unusual Cleaning:
If, during or after the transportation service, GreenRide.net (or any other affiliate website or dba) is required to expend a greater than normal amount of time and material clean the vehicle due to acts of the Client, GreenRide.net (or any other affiliate website or dba) Sedan, at its option, may charge Client additional fees to cover such additional time and materials. Decision as to unusual cleaning rests with GreenRide.net (or any other affiliate website or dba) Sedan, solely, and its expertise as to general habitation of hired cars, and its decision is final.
Conduct of Passengers:
Client shall not interfere with the Driver in the discharge of his/her duty or tamper with any apparatus or appliance on the vehicle. Our vehicles are non-smoking. The Client is responsible for his / her guests and their actions. Client assumes full financial responsibility for any damages to the vehicle or property caused by client or party whether by accident, neglect or intent. Client assumes responsibility for any overtime fees and authorizes credit card charges to be made to cover these costs or any others due and not collected at end of charter. Our company and drivers assume no responsibility for articles left in vehicle at any time and reserve the right to refuse service. Illegal acts, unruly behavior or safety violations will result in immediate termination of charter. Sample damage charges are: Broken glassware - $30 each; broken decanter - $50; spills - $35; cigarette smoke or burns - $350 min.; vomit - $200 min. Downtime for vehicle repairs - $500/day. Any additional damages to interior or exterior of limo such as TV, VCR, Stereo, CD, etc. will be billed accordingly.
Prohibition of Weapons, Explosives, Oxygen, Livestock And Other Dangerous Or Unusual Cargo: Weapons of any type, including firearms, are strictly forbidden on any Equipment (whether in baggage or on the person) at any time. Transportation of explosives, fireworks and other flammable, combustible, toxic or otherwise dangerous material or items or pets or livestock of any kind are also strictly forbidden, even if intended to be transported in the baggage compartment of the vehicle. If previously approved by GreenRide.net (or any other affiliate website or dba), oxygen for medical use is permitted, but is so used at the sole responsibility of the Client.
Weather Conditions:
GreenRide.net (or any other affiliate website or dba) is not responsible for service delayed or not rendered due to Mother Nature or to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, road conditions, breakdowns due to weather, traffic congestion, road closures, accidents, flight delays, weather delays, road closures, etc. In case of mechanical difficulties or extreme weather hazard, either a replacement vehicle or full refund will be offered. While we make every effort to meet our obligations, including free upgrade to all-wheel drive vehicles in extreme weather conditions, we do not needlessly jeopardize the safety of our passengers or personnel.
Limitation of Liability:
GreenRide.net (or any other affiliate website or dba), ANY OF ITS SUBSIDIARIES, PARTNERS, AFFILIATES, VENDORS OR SUBCONTRACTORS, INCLUDING THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES OR AGENTS, SHALL NOT BE LIABLE IN ANY EVENT OR FOR ANY REASON, INCLUDING BREACH OF THIS AGREEMENT, EITHER DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, TO THE OTHER PARTY OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR LOSS OF PROFITS ARISING OUT OF THIS AGREEMENT, EVEN IF SUCH DAMAGES WERE FORESEEABLE OR THE COMPANY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IT IS EXPRESSLY AGREED THAT THE COMPANY SHALL NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, BE LIABLE TO ANY PARTY FOR AN AMOUNT GREATER THAN THE SINGLE FARE FEE FOR THE DAY IN QUESTION. THE FOREGOING LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY ARE INDEPENDENT OF, AND SHALL APPLY REGARDLESS OF, ANY FAILURE OF ESSENTIAL PURPOSE OF ANY LIMITED OR EXCLUSIVE REMEDY.
You acknowledge that GreenRide.net (or any other affiliate website or dba) has agreed to provide the Web Site and the Services in reliance on the exclusions of liability and disclaimers of warranty set forth herein. Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
Force Majeure:
GreenRide.net (or any other affiliate website or dba) shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under the Service Contract, and GreenRide.net (or any other affiliate website or dba) Sedan shall not be deemed in breach of its obligations there under, if such failure or delay is due to Acts of God, natural disasters, national, state or local states of emergency, acts of war or terrorism, labor strike or lock-out, or other industrial or transportation accident caused by any third party, any violation of law, regulation or ordinance by any third party or any other cause not within the control of GreenRide.net (or any other affiliate website or dba).
Entire Agreement:
These Policy and Terms, along with the Credit Application and the Credit Card Authorization listed on GreenRide.net (or any other affiliate website or dba) Sedan's web-site, constitute the Service Contract which is the entire agreement between GreenRide.net (or any other affiliate website or dba) Sedan and Client and supersedes any and all other agreements, either oral or written with respect to the subject matter hereof. If any provision of the Service Contract shall be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Governing Law:
The laws of the State of California, United States of America shall govern this Agreement and its performance without giving effect to applicable conflict of law provisions. Subject to the arbitration provision above, YOU HEREBY EXPRESSLY CONSENT TO EXCLUSIVE JURISDICTION AND VENUE IN THE COURTS LOCATED IN SAN DIEGO COUNTY, CALIFORNIA FOR ALL MATTERS ARISING IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OR YOUR ACCESS OR USE OF THE WEB SITE OR SERVICE.
Arbitration:
In the event a dispute shall arise between the parties to this agreement it hereby agreed that the dispute should be referred to the American Arbitration Association for three-person arbitration in accordance with its applicable Rules of Arbitration. The arbitrators' decision shall be final and legally binding and judgment may be entered thereon. Each party shall be responsible for its share of the arbitration fees. In the event a party fails to proceed with arbitration, unsuccessfully challenges the arbitrators' award or fails to comply with the arbitrators' award, the other party is entitled to costs of suit, including a reasonable attorney's fee for having to compel arbitration or defend or enforce the award.
Termination:
If Client does not conform to the conditions stated in the Service Contract, the contract with Client will be terminated with immediate effect without warning or written notice, and GreenRide.net (or any other affiliate website or dba) Sedan will retain any payment made.
Authorization:
No agent, employee or representative of GreenRide.net (or any other affiliate website or dba) is authorized to alter, modify or waive requirements stated in the conditions of transportation or service.
I hereby acknowledge that I have read, understood and agree to these Policies and Terms as set forth above and the Service Contract. Furthermore, I also understand that the credit card provided to GreenRide.net (or any other affiliate website or dba) will be used as a guarantee of my reservation and can be used as payment for all incurred charges.
