Airlines suggest arriving at the airport 2 hours prior to your flight; we recommend at least 1.5 hours. Because of traffic, weather, and other factors beyond our control, we cannot and will not guarantee arrival times. We do guarantee to do our best—please plan ahead.
GreenRide.net (and any affiliate websites or dba) does not sell, rent, or disseminate your personal/financial information to outside third parties. We use information provided solely to deliver services and collect payment per our rates, terms, and policies.
We value your privacy and adhere to high ethical standards in processing personal data. Discretion is an essential part of our service.
1st call: When your plane lands (before exiting). 2nd call: When you are outside the main exit doors by the curb. Find the nearest zone sign and call us; your driver will pull up after your 2nd call. Cancellations are accepted by email only and are valid once acknowledged by Green Ride. Minimum notice for San Diego area is 4 hours prior to pickup (restrictions may apply). Other regions vary from 4–24 hours; Europe/Central & South America: 24 hours; Far East/Australia: 48 hours. Late cancellations are billed at the prevailing minimum hourly rate per market and vehicle type. Obtain a cancellation number to avoid late charges.
If you cannot locate your driver, call 800-893-7210 or 619-200-2060 immediately. Failure to call before leaving the pickup location is a “No Show.” For airports: no-show after 60 minutes (domestic) or 75 minutes (international) past landing if you have not met your driver or contacted us. No-show charges are billed at the respective minimums.
Point-to-point reservations include a 5-minute grace period; then wait time is charged at $1 per minute. On-route stops during point-to-point trips are $30–$250; off-route requests may convert to hourly rates.
Out-of-pocket charges (tolls, parking, airport fees, etc.) are billed to the client.
Rates/terms are subject to change without notice. Special event days may carry special rates/minimums. Tolls/parking are additional. All rates are billed in USD at prevailing exchange rates and exclude 20% driver gratuity and applicable fuel surcharge.
Online reservations are not guaranteed until you receive confirmation from GreenRide. You agree not to use the site for unlawful or prohibited activity, infringement, malware distribution, spam, or unauthorized access. We may terminate access at our discretion for violations.
We assume no responsibility for baggage or personal property; items are handled solely at the client’s risk and subject to available accommodation.
Excess cleaning due to client actions may incur additional fees (e.g., spills, smoke, damage). Sample charges: broken glassware $30 each; broken decanter $50; spills $35; smoke/burns $350 min; vomit $200 min; downtime for repairs $500/day; damages to interior equipment billed accordingly.
Do not interfere with the driver or vehicle apparatus. All vehicles are non-smoking. Client is responsible for guests and damages, overtime fees, and any unpaid charges.
No weapons, explosives, fireworks, flammable/combustible/toxic materials, or livestock/pets (unless previously approved) are allowed. Medical oxygen may be permitted at client’s sole responsibility.
We are not responsible for delays due to weather, road conditions, closures, accidents, congestion, or flight delays. In mechanical difficulty or extreme hazard, a replacement vehicle or refund may be offered. Safety is prioritized.
In no event shall GreenRide.net or affiliates be liable for special, indirect, incidental, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages or loss of profits. Liability shall not exceed the single fare fee for the day in question. Some jurisdictions may not allow certain limitations.
We are not liable for failure/delay due to acts of God, emergencies, war/terrorism, strikes, third-party accidents/violations, or other causes beyond our control.
These Policies & Terms, plus any Credit Application and Credit Card Authorization on our site, constitute the Service Contract and supersede prior agreements. If any provision is invalid, the remainder remains in force.
California law governs. You consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in the courts of San Diego County, California, subject to the arbitration clause below.
Disputes shall be referred to the American Arbitration Association (three-person panel) under applicable rules. The decision is final and legally binding. Each party pays its share of fees. Prevailing party in enforcement may recover reasonable attorneys’ fees.
Failure to conform to the Service Contract may result in immediate termination without notice; payments made may be retained.
No agent/employee may alter or waive requirements stated in the conditions of transportation or service. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to these Policies & Terms. The credit card provided may be used as guarantee and for all incurred charges.
